1. PC2006-39 ZBA- Marathon Petroleum Company LLC, petitioner and Speedway
SuperAmerica, LLC as owner have filed an application with the United City of Yorkville,
Kendall County, Illinois requesting variances from the Yorkville Zoning Code. The real
property's address is 504 S Bridge Street, and is generally located at the northeast comer of
US Route 47 (Bridge Street) and Fox Street. The petitioner is requesting a variance to
Zoning Ordinance Section 10-7C-4:B.1 for a decrease from 30 to 15 feet for side yard
setbacks, a variance to Zoning Ordinance 10-7C-4:D for a decrease from 30 feet to 20 feet
for side yard setbacks, a variance to Zoning Ordinance 10-7C-4-B.1 for a decrease from 30
fee to 10 feet for side yard setbacks in relationship to canopy structures, a variance to
Zoning Ordinance 10-7C-4:D for a decrease from 30 feet to 25 feet for a side yard setback
in relationship to canopy structures, a variance to Zoning Ordinance 10-3-5:A for a
decrease from 5 feet to 2.5 feet for setbacks in relationship to accessory structures, and a
variance to Zoning Ordinance 10-3-5:A for a decrease from 10 feet to 5 feet for the
distance an accessory structure shall be from the main building.
2. PC2006-40 ZBA - Kimball Hill Homes, petitioner, and Whispering Meadows Limited
Partnership as owner have filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall
County, Illinois requesting a variance from Yorkville City Code. The real property's
address is 525 Faxon Road, and is generally located at the northeast corner of Alan Dale
Lane and Faxon Road. The petitioner is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance Section
10-11-3E to allow parking within the front yard.
