PC2006-38 ZBA- Steven McCleary, petitioner and BP Product North America as owner, have filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois requesting a variance from Yorkville City Code. The real property's address is located at 1402 N. Bridge Street which is located at the northeast corner of Route 47 and Route 34. The petitioner is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 8-11-4:C (3a) for a request to allow for four (4) Point of Sale signs to be considered permanent signage, a variance to the Zoning Ordinance 8-11-7:C to request to allow for an additional 87.31 square feet of signage, a variance to the Zoning Ordinance 8-11-4:C (3a) to request an additional wall sign, a variance to the Zoning Ordinance 8-11-7:1) to request to allow for ten (10) additional square feet of signage for the car wash instructional sign, and a variance to the Zoning Ordinance 8-11-7:C to request to allow for a sign to be placed on the south facade of the car wash building. 2.
