MARCH 8,2004 AT THE HOUR OF FIVE O'CLOCK.
Present were Trustees Brent Ekwinski,John Bradstreet and Eric Schoeny.Also present were
Phillippe Moreau of Walter E.Deuchler Associates,Tony Graff,City of Yorkville Administrator,
Kathy Farren of the Kendall County Record,Dan Waitt of the Beacon News,Attorney Kelly
Kramer,City of Yorkville Aldermen Bill Powell,Rose Spears,Larry Kot&Rich Sticka,Art
Prochaska,Mayor of City of Yorkville,Ralph Pfister,Superintendent of the Sanitary District,and
Gregg Ingemunson,Attorney for the Sanitary District.
Trustee Ekwinsi moved to approve February minutes as mailed. Trustee Bradstreet seconded the
motion,all voted aye and motion carried.

It was moved by Trustee Bradstreet and seconded by Trustee Ekwinski to approve bills as presented.
All voted aye and motion carried.
Philippe Moreau discussed the Bruell Street lift station bids. This is a City of Yorkville project. He
also discussed connecting the Countryside pump station to the Blackberry Creek Interceptor;
pr-)bably will be completed in June, 2005. Hydraulic Street interceptor plans have been sent to
Illinois EPA.
Motion was made by Trustee Bradstreet to set trustee's salaries as follows:
Fiscal year 2003-04 $4,000.00
Fiscal year 2004-05 $5,000.00
Fiscal year 2005-06 $6,000.00
Trustee Ekwinski seconded the motion, all voted aye and motion carried.
A meeting with representatives from the City of Yorkville was held. Trustee Bradstreet had
everyone in attendance introduce themselves. City of Yorkville representatives discussed issues with
the City doing the District billings. Mayor Prochaska stated the City will come back with a proposal
to upgrade and change the billing system. Tony Graff discussed the cost analysis to collect the bills.
The City will put together a new intergovernmental agreement regarding the City collecting the
sewer user fees. Discussion of the Facility Planning Area changes was discussed. Radium issues
were also discussed.
Trustee Ekwinski made a motion to the agreement between the District and Fox Metro Water
Reclamation District to exchange FPA land. Trustee Schoeny seconded the motion, all voted aye
and motion carried. The agreement was executed by Trustee Bradstreet and Trustee Schoeny.
