that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of pavement removal, culvert removal, storm sewer installation,
trench backfill, hot in -place asphalt surface recycling, Hot -Mix Asphalt (HMA) binder and surface courses,
ditch grading, vegetative restoration, striping, traffic control and incidental and collateral work
necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein.

The resolution adopted by the City Council of Yorkville on August 26, 2008
appropriating $11,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for resurfacing of Fox Road
from Poplar Drive to IL Route 47 was approved today.
