History Books for a fund raising project , receiving •- $5 for the sale of each book . CITY CLERK - Alderman Hayden moved to refer the Plaia- -Commi-ssion Kendall County petition of Don & Carol Hamman for KC/Hamman zoning request from B-3 and A-] to- M3 for the - purpose of sand and gravel mining located on Rt . -- - 34 , area of Tume Rd. , to the Yorkville • -- • -- Plan Commission on January 27 , 1987 . Motion was -- seconded by Alderman Jahp . Motion carried .- . Clerk Erickson announced the bids for the Public PW --Pickup -Bi-ds • Works Pickup Truck will be received and opened on February 5 , 1987 at 7 : 00 p .m. at the water tower . --- PUBLIC WORKS — Alderman -Jennings moved- to approve -. - ._ - P--ubl is---Works Rp-t . the reports of the Public Works Department , seconded by Alderman Thanepohn . Motion carried. POLICE - Alderman Thanepohn moved to approve the Police Reports reports of the Police Department , seconded by Alderman Small . Motion carried . PLAN COMMISSION - Alderman Hayden moved to refer PC86-12 the Ted Shick Petition to Annex & Zone (PC86 Schick Annex & to the Building & Zoning Committee on January 15 , Zone 1987 , at 7 : 00 p .m. at the water tower . Alderman Hayden moved to go along with Kendall PC86-16 County ' s recommendations for Rick Johnson ' s Petition R. Johnson Zoning (PC86-16 ) for zoning request off Rt . 71 , east of Rt . 47 . BEECHER BUILDING-- Alderman Thanepohn moved to Beecher Bldg. approve the report of the Beecher Building , Rpt . seconded by Alderman Radke . Motion carried. RECREATION DEPARTMENT - Alderman Jahp moved to Recreation Dept . approve the report of the Recreation Department , Rpt . seconded by Alderman Thanepohn. Motion carried . KENDALL COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - KC Econ. Dev . Alderman Pfister announced the next meeting will be January 20 , 1987 at 7 : 30 p .m at the Kendall County office building . KENDALL COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES & DISASTER - KC Disaster Plan Acting Chief Diederich reported that he has received confirmation that the IESDA program application has been accepted . PARK COMMISSION - Alderman Jahp announced the next Park Comm. meeting will be January 12 , 1987 at 6 : 15 p .m. at the Beecher Building. - -- COMMITTEE REPORTS BUILDING & ZONING - Alderman Fahrlander announced a committee meeting for January 15 , 1987 to begin at 7 : 00 p .m. at the water tower . FUTURE PLANNING - Alderman Thanepohn announced a meet- ing schedule for January 14 , 1987 at 8 : 00 p .m. POLICE - Alderman Jennings announced a Police Com- mittee meeting for January 14 , 1987 at 7 : 00 p .m. YORKVILLE EMERGENCY SERVICES & DISASTER - Alderman Small announced a committee meeting on January 14 , 1987 at 7 : 30 p .m . WATER - Alderman Jahp reported the water tower construc- tion is in the final stages with the new water lines being tested at this time . Alderman Jahp moved to approve Change Order on Con- Change Order tract B for the Water Distribution System Improve- Contract B ments regarding the calendar date being extended to Water Tower June 30 , 1987 . Alderman Jahp announced there will be a committee St . Patrick ' s meeting on January 29 , 1987 to discuss the proposed Church St . Patrick ' s church . Alderman Jahp reported that the federal government Radium has extended to February 28 , 1987 regarding the radium law changes . Mayor Davidson reported that Baxter & Woodman ' s Well #3 Don Schwegel will be giving a recommendation on Well #3 . FINANCE - Alderman Hayden reported the Plan Com- Plan Comm. mission was not too happy with their salaries . Salary Mayor Davidson stated that if they choose not to accept the salary , it will be used to give members schooling in zoning . Alderman Pfister moved to approach the Plan Com- mission regarding the salary money being used for Plan Commission training , seconded by Alderman Jennings . Motion carried . Mayor Davidson reported that the city has signed Insurance a policy binder and will bring it before the council by the next meeting . SEWERS - Alderman Pfister reported that Don Schwegel SSES Phase II will be attending the January 29 , 1987 meeting to discuss infiltration regarding SSES Phase II . Alderman Pfister moved to authorize Baxter & Woodman to proceed with the engineering on the SSES Phase II , not to exceed $8500 , seconded by Alderman Jennings . STREETS & ALLEYS - Alderman Thanepohn announced there • will be a meeting on February 5 , 1987 at the water tower . YBS BOARD - Alderman Pfister announced their next meeting will be January 19 , 1987 at 7 : 00 p .m at Dallas Ingemunson ' s office . Discussion regarding plant expansion was discussed at their last meeting . LIBRARY BOARD - Alderman Small announced a meeting for January 12 , 1987 at 7 : 00 p .m. at the w `-• er . ADDITIONAL BUSINESS - Alderman Pfister reported the Street Lights street lights recently installed on city and school property are a big improvement . Page 4 January 8 , 1987 Alderman Phister reported that the cost of repairing Sewer - Missing Dick Missing ' s sewer was below the anticipated cost . Director Johnson will get together with Mr . Missing Easements - regarding the needed easements . Missing Alderman Jahp moved to adjourn the meeting , seconded Adjournment by Alderman Small .
