Engelhardt has made arrangements with the schools and will be delivering these. Keane asked for suggestions on promotion. Keane will submit letters to the editor and press releases to the Record about the event. Becca wants promotion done at the Biz Boo, which is going on the morning of the event in the downtown. Keane suggested flyers on windshields at the Jewel the weekend before, but other members felt this would become litter and reflect poorly on the Committee. Keane will contact Cardinal Recycling to see if they will accept scrap and pay the Chamber for additional funds towards the Environmental Fair. Teeling agreed to try to get the city website updated and get the banners for the Committee.
