I i Ordinance No. 2013 AN ORDINANCE OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS , AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF DEPUTY TREASURER WHEREAS , the United City of Yorkville (the " City") is a duly organized and validly existing non home-rule municipality created in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970 and the laws of the State; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, as follows : Section 1. That Title 1 , Chapter 6, Section 1 -6- 5 of the Yorkville City Code, is hereby amended by deleting said subsection (A) (6) in its ' entirety and replacing it with the following : 1 -6-5 : SALARIES : i i "A . Officials; Annual Salaries : i i 6 . Deputy Treasurer: Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($2 ,900 . 00) 1 If there is a "special" City Council meeting called, there is an additional One Hundred Thirty Five Dollars ($ 135 . 00) to the Mayor, City Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Treasurer and each Alderman attending. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
