Call to Order President Rollins called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m.

New Business:
Director Brown reviewed the schedule of parks to visit, and the goal to identify funding priorities
for FY 2004-2005.
During the park tours we will be looking at the overall condition and amenities of the park,
suggesting changes or improvements, and making recommendations for priority for the next
fiscal year budgets.

Establish funding and development priorities for fiscal 2004-2005 Budget
For Fiscal Year 2004-2005 the Park board will be recommending Park development for Kylyns
and Sunflower if grading can be accomplished by the developer. Director Brown will discuss
with Joe Wywrot , City Engineer. In addition , two Parks in the MPI development will be
recommended also .
