PC 2013-08 Midland States Bank, Petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting a authorization within the B-2 General Business District for the purpose of remodeling an existing structure as a new bank establishment with drive-through facilities as allowed by Special Use Permit in Section 10- 7C-2, Section 10-7B-2 and Section 10-7A-2 of the United City of Yorkville City Code. The real property consists of approximately 0.516 acres, located at the southeast corner of W Countryside Parkway and E Kendall Drive in Yorkville, Illinois. 2. PC 2013-10 Mr. Pete Occhipinti, Petitioner and Owner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting that after annexation to the United City of Yorkville of its property in unincorporated Kendall County and zoned in the County’s R-3 One-Family Residence District, that the property be zoned into the United City of Yorkville’s R-4 General Residence District.
