Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m.

No citizens present, therefore, no comments.
Previous Meeting Minutes: Commissioner Anderson moved to approve the minutes from October 24, 2012. Commissioner Johnson seconded.

Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Correspondence: Commissioner Bozue submitted a letter of resignation.
Bills for Payment: National Vision Consultants. There was a consensus to pay.
Executive Session: Commissioner Anderson moved to go into executive session for the appointment, employment,
compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the
public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against
legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. Commissioner Johnson seconded.

Entered Executive Session at 5:05 p.m.
Exited Executive Session at 5:20 p.m. with no formal action taken.
New Business: Hiring of Patrol Officer
Commissioner Anderson moved to hire Matthew Nelson as a Police Officer for the United City of Yorkville.
Commissioner Johnson seconded.

Motion carried.
Removals from Eligibility Register
Commissioner Anderson moved to strike candidates Thomas Schiltz, Paul Farnum, and Ryan Kovacs from the
Eligibility Register. Commissioner Johnson seconded.

Motion carried.
Quarterly meetings for 2013 are scheduled for January 23, April 24, July 24, and October 23.
Chief extended an invitation to the Commissioners to the Annual Kendall County Chiefs of Police Christmas Party at the Tap House Grill in
th
Oswego on December 19 at 3:00pm. Invitation can include Margie Putzler.
Katie is still working on finding a City Council Meeting that Margie can attend to be recognized for her service to the BFPC and the city.
Commissioner Anderson moved to adjourn. Commissioner Johnson seconded. Motion carried.
