Meeting called to order at 5:04 p.m.

No citizens present, therefore, no comments.
New Business: The BFPC welcomes Chuck Pierce as our new commissioner.
Executive Session: Commissioner Anderson moved to go into executive session for the appointment, employment,
compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the
public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against
legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. Commissioner Pierce seconded.

Motion carried.
Entered Executive Session at 5:06 p.m.
Exited Executive Session at 5:42 p.m. with no formal action taken.
New Business Continued: Commissioner Anderson moved to remove candidates Brian Witwicki, Joseph Maro, Joseph Kieca, Eric Schuh, and
Sharon Rizzi from the Eligibility Register. Commissioner Pierce seconded.

Katie will submit the BFPC’s 2012-13 Annual Report to the Mayor.
Release of Executive Session Minutes is tabled. The commissioners need to look at the minutes more closely before
making a decision.
Dates for Oral Interview: The BFPC discussed possible dates to hold the Oral Interviews for the remaining 11

candidates. The BFPC agreed on Saturday, June 29 as the date. The first interview will be at 8:00 am and the last one
is scheduled for 12:30 with no break. The BFPC will meet at 7:30 a.m. to prepare for the interviews and open the
meeting. We will hold them the same as the first group of interviews: 30 minutes each with the same questions and
procedures. Katie will send out a letter stating the candidate’s scheduled date and time and ask for a confirmation
phone call from them. Katie will reserve the City Conference Room and do all the necessary preparations.

The next meeting is tentatively set for Saturday, June 29 at 7:30 a.m.
Commissioner Anderson moved to adjourn. Commissioner Pierce seconded. Motion carried.
