RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
ENTER INTO AGREEMENT FOR ORDINANCE REVIEW AND
RECOMMENDATION OF SCHOPPE DESIGN ASSOCIATES
TO PREPARE A REVISED COMPREHENSIVE PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE
WHEREAS,the City has received a proposal from SCHOPPE DESIGN ASSOCIATES to
review and prepare a revised Comprehensive Planned Unit Development Ordinance which will
include the scope of services set out in the attached Schedule"A which is hereby incorporated by
reference; and
WHEREAS,the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE has had a satisfactory prior relationship
with Schoppe Design Associates; and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council deem it to be in the best interest of the City to enter
into this Agreement to begin a Comprehensive Review ofthe Planned Unit Development Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE,upon
motion duly made,seconded,and approved by a majority of those Alderman voting,that the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement for Planned Unit Ordinance Review
and Revision services submitted by Schoppe Design Associates for the proposed Planned Unit
Development Ordinance Update.
