RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND CAP TO THE CITY OF WATSEKA
ON BEHALF OF THE L&D GROUP
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville have considered
a request from the L&D Group asking the City to assign its Industrial Revenue Bond Cap for the
calendar year 200 to the City of Watseka on its behalf; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville have taken into
consideration the past grants of easements made by L&D Group to the City for various City uses;
and
WHEREAS, L&D Industries is seeking only the allocation for calendar year 2000;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE
that the Mayor is authorized to assign the Industrial Revenue Bond Cap through the State of
Illinois for the Calendar year 2000 to the City of Watseka for use by the L&D Group. It is further
resolved that nothing binds the City of Yorkville to allocate the Industrial Bond Cap in future
years.
