RESOLUTION NO: 2001- .
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY RANGE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS,the United City ofYorkville through its City Council and Staffhave determined
it to be in the best interest of the City to establish a range of salary for office heads, employees not
covered by Collective Bargaining, and Supervisory and Line Personnel; and
I
WHEREAS,extensive research and study has been done by the City Council and City Staff
to determine fair ranges of salary for various positions appointed and hired by THE UNITED CITY
OF YORKVILLE:
NOW THEREFORE upon motion duly made,seconded,and approved by a majority of those
voting, the Salary Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit"A" is adopted by
THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE as the range of salary for those employees and positions
appointed during this fiscal year of 2001-2002.
SEVERABILITY: The various parts,sections,and clauses of this Resolution are hereby
declared to be severable. If any part,sentence,paragraph,section,or
clause is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a Court of
competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Resolution shall not be
affected thereby.

REPEALER: Any Ordinances or Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict with the
provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict. Specifically this Resolution replaces Resolution No.2000-
__a-
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect 15 days from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor and City Council.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,this Resolution has been enacted this "2� day of
