RESOLUTION NO. 2001-q`\
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
FOR
INLAND OFFICE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a Petition to
approve the Final Plat of the Inland Office Center; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the
Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Final Plat of
Subdivision; and
NOW THEREFORE,upon Motion duly made,seconded and approved by a majority of those
members of the City Council voting the following action is taken by the City Council:
1. The Final Plat of Inland Office Center is approved.
2. Further, as part of the Final Plat approval the attached subdivision history of the
parcel is adopted and approved by the United City of Yorkville to provide guidance
in the subdivision improvement process for our City Administrative Staff due to the
long approval process and time frame over which the subdivision has developed
within the United City of Yorkville.
