Resolution 2000-11 STATE OF ILLINOIS ) )ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO: 2000- RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY RANGE SCHEDULE WHEREAS,the United City of Yorkville through its City Council and Staff have determined it to be in the best interest of the City to establish a range of salary for office heads, employees not covered by Collective Bargaining, and Supervisory and Line Personnel; and WHEREAS,extensive research and study has been done by the City Council and City Staff to determine fair ranges of salary for various positions appointed and hired by THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE: ..� NOW THEREFORE upon motion duly made,seconded,and approvedby amajority ofthose voting, the Salary Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit"A" is adopted by THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE as the range of salary for employees and positions appointed during this fiscal year of 2000-20001. SEVERABILITY: The various parts,sections, and clauses of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable. If any part,sentence,paragraph,section,or clause is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be affected thereby. REPEALER: Any Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this •�,� 1 Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 15 days from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and City Council.
