RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 13
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
FOR
FOXFIELD SUBDIVISION UNIT II
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a Petition to
approve the Final Plat of Foxfield Subdivision Unit II; and
WHEREAS, City Council of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the
Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Final Plat of
Subdivision for Unit II; and
NOW THEREFORE,upon Motion duly made,seconded and approved by amajority of those
members of the City Council voting the following action is taken by the City Council:
1. The Final Plat of Foxfield Subdivision Unit II is approved.
