RESOLUTION RATIFYING EXECUTION OF
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR
COACH ROAD HILLS
WHEREAS, the Owners of COACH ROAD HILLS,previously signed and executed four
(4) original sets of the Planned Unit Development Agreement for the development of COACH
ROAD HILLS; and
WHEREAS, THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, upon motion duly made, seconded,
and approved by a majority of those so voting agreed to annex the real property described in the
COACH ROAD HILLS Planned United Development, zoned the subject property as contained
in the Planned United Development, and approved a Preliminary Plan for said Development; and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE executed said
Agreements, and tendered them to the then Developer of the subject property for his signatures,
which were unreturned by the Developer; and
WHEREAS, the record owners of the subject property having previously executed the
Agreement and previously having agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in
the original Planned Unit Development Agreement,have executed and resubmitted that
Agreement to the City for its signature:
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly made, seconded, and approved by a majority of
those so voting, the City Council of THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE hereby ratifies and
approves the original Agreement, and further authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute

new original Planned Unit Development Agreements upon the same terms and conditions for
COACH ROAD HILLS.
