Subject: Accounting Clerk 11/I-luman Resources Position
Attached please find a proposed job description for this position as
we discussed. Kim King is our current Accounting Clerk II and
does a good job as witnessed by the report to the City Council from
our Auditors. She currently earns $28,995 annually and, until
recently, also earned a $2,900 stipend as Deputy Treasurer for a total
annual income of$31,895. I am recommending that we bring her
salary to the $31,895 as she will continue to prepare all of the
Treasurer Reports for his approval as well as adding the Human
Resource title to her job description.
