STATE OF ILLINOIS ) ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO. 2000-ao RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR CANNONBALL ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT I WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a Petition to approve the Final Plat of Cannonball Estates Subdivision, Unit I; and WHEREAS, City Council of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Final Plat of Subdivision for Unit I; and NOW THEREFORE,upon Motion duly made,seconded and approved by a maj ority of those members of the City Council voting the following action is taken by the City Council: 1.
