RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF
LAND-CASH FEES AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT
(CANNONBALL HILL DEVELOPMENT)
WHEREAS,the City Council of the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE through its Economic
Development Committee has recommended the payment of certain Land-Cash Fees on a per
Building Permit basis for the CANNONBALL HILL SUBDIVISION; and
WHEREAS,the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE by and through its City Council believes
payment of said fees at time of Building Permit is consistent with payment arrangements made in
the past by the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE and will act as an incentive toward the
development of said Subdivision:
NOW THEREFORE upon motion duly made,seconded,and approved by a majority of those
voting, the CANNONBALL HILL SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT shall be permitted to pay
Land-Cash Fees at the time Building Permit is applied for each respective dwelling unit in the
Subdivision.
