RESOLUTION NO. 1999-,
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR REQUESTS TO VACATE
CITY ALLEYWAYS, STREETS, EASEMENTS & OTHER PUBLIC DEDICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE have
determined it necessary to collect a fee to process and administer requests made by property
owners to vacate street, alleyways, easement and other public dedications throughout the
UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have determined that eighty-five Dollars(
$85.00) is a fair and just application fee sufficient to defray the costs of administration and
publication:
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE that a filing fee will be collected by the City Clerk of the UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE for each and every request for the vacation of alleyways. streets, easement or other
public dedications within the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE shall BE Eighty Five Dollars
($85.00).
