Resolution 1998-15 r A STATE OF ILLINOIS ) COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO. 98 - IS RESOLUTION GRANTING HEIGHT VARIANCE WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals on the Petition of Darryl W. Anderson and Yorkville Lodging, LLC requesting a variance from Ordinance Number 1973-56A, amended March 28, 1974 permitting a vertical distance to the mean height level between the eaves and the ridge of the roof gable to 37 feet, which is 2 foot in excess of the maximum height permitted under the above referenced Height Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville is solely vested with the authority to grant the variance above requested, the same not being one of the specifically permitted exceptions or variances that can be approved solely by the Zoning Board of Appeals; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest of the development of commercial use of the subject real property at Lot 4 Countryside Center, Unit 5, United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, (Parcel 02-28-176-02) to be allowed said variance as above requested: NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made, seconded, and approved by a majority of those voting, said height variance as above requested is hereby granted. -1- i. 1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Resolution has been passed this ��� day of ' 1998. /d ^/ ..
