RESOLUTION NO: 97-
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY
OF YORKVILLE EMPLOYEE MANUAL
WHEREAS, the City has carefully considered amending the City's Employee Manual to
provide that full-time employees will not engage in outside employment that conflicts with their
regularly scheduled work hours; and
WHEREAS, the City considers this amendment to be in the best interests of the City and the
community.
NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE:
That the City Employee manual is amended to include the following language:
No full-time employee shall, gage in outside employment that conflicts with their regularly
scheduled work hours without approval of the Department Supervisor and the concurrence of the
