RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE TO PURCHASE FOR THE YORKVILLE
WATER DEPARTMENT A 1998
DODGE DAKOTA CLUB CAB PICK UP TRUCK
WHEREAS, THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE it is in the best interest of the
Community to provide service facilities in the community; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to acquire for the Yorkville Water Department a 1998 Dodge
Dakota Club Cab Pick-up Truck and;
WHEREAS, the City has solicited bills in conformance with the UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE Ordinance and in conformance with the Illinois Compiled Statutes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF YORKVILLE:
I. Is authorized to expend $20,259.00 for the Yorkville Water Department.
2. For the acquisition of Koehler Aurora for the purchase of a 1998 Dodge Dakota Club
Cab Pick-up Truck.
3. Authorizes the City Administrator to execute any of necessary documents to acquire
said vehicle on behalf of THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, Water Department.
