RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH AURORA BLACKTOP FOR ROAD
REPAIRS ON CENTER PARKWAY +
WHEREAS, the City Engineer for THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE has reviewed the bids
for the recommended street repair work on Center Parkway from Countryside Center to Kendall
Drive; and
WHEREAS, AURORA BLACKTOP, INC. submitted the lowest bid in the amount of
$119,485.45; and
WHEREAS, this bid is less than the City Engineer for THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE
had estimated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with AURORA BLACKTOP, INC. for said road repair work at a contract
price of$119,485.45
