RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
AND ALLOCATION OF BUDGETED FUNDS

WHEREAS,the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE,Kendall County,Illinois,has determined
ti
that a carry over balance exists from the 1996-97 fiscal budget in the amount of$11$,000.00,which
should be carried over into the 1997-98 fiscal budget; and
WHEREAS,it is necessary to amend both the budget and the expenditure portion of the 1997
-1998 City Budget reflecting said funds; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE has considered where
to allocate said funds and how to Amend said Budget:
NOW THEREFORE upon Motion duly made, seconded, and approved by majority of those
Alderman voting finds as follows:
1. That the 1997-98 Fiscal Budget for the UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE is hereby
ON11-00
Amended to reflect an additional in revenue from carry over sources.
2. That the allocation of said Revenue source for purpose of expenditures shall be as follows:
A. The sum of$103,500.00 shall be allocated to the General
Fund for the purpose of the Specific Street Maintenance Fund
within General Funds expenditures.
B. That the sum of$11,500.00 shall be allocated to the General
Fund, and more specifically the Finance Contingency Fund of
the General Fund for further action by the City Council as to

any expenditure of said funds.
