RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE TO SIGN LOAN DOCUMENTS FOR REHABILITATION
OF SANITARY SEWERS AND MANHOLES PROJECT L17-1153
WHEREAS, application provisions for loans from the Water Pollution Control Revolving
Fund for construction of sewage treatment works require that THE UNITED CITY OF
YORKVILLE authorize a representative to sign the loan application forms and supporting
documents;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE that MAYOR,
ROBERT JOHNSON is hereby authorized to sign all loan application forms and documents for
Project L17-1153 Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewers and Manholes on behalf of THE UNITED
CITY OF YORKVILLE.
