RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ENGINEERING AND
RELATED FIELD WORK MAXIMUM FOR
YORKVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Yorkville Community School District currently is in the process of
completing construction on a new High School facility on its property on Game Farm Road in THE
UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, Kendall County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it in the best interest of said City Council and its citizens
to provide and encourage the construction of said facility and to limit the amount of fees charged for
Engineering and related field work by Staff of THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE; and
WHEREAS,the Yorkville School District and THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE have
agreed that it will bill only its actual cost incurred for Engineering,Public Works Employee time and
insurance work on the project at$85.00 per hour,with a maximum expenditure of$10,000.00 from
the School District to the City:
NOW THEREFORE UPON MOTION DULY MADE, SECONDED, AND APPROVED,
THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE hereby agrees to perform all Engineering work necessary
on behalf of THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, Public Works Employees work, and related
insurance at a rate of$85.00 per hour with the total cost not to exceed $10,000.00.
