RESOLUTION NO. 1995- 0
RESOLUTION APPROVING 1995-96 FISCAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, a proposed budget for fiscal year 1995-96 has been tentatively announced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF
YORKVILLE in conformance with Illinois Compiled Statutes, and further said budget has been
on display as provided in said Compiled Statutes at the office of the City Clerk of THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and public comment authorized to be heard
on passage of the 1995-96 fiscal budget for THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF
YORKVILLE; and
WHEREAS, a vote has been taken by the City Council of THE UNITED CITY OF THE
VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE as to approval of said budget:
NOW THEREFORE UPON MOTION DULY MADE, SECONDED, AND APPROVED,
by affirmative vote of the majority of the City Council members elected have approved the 1995-
96 Fiscal Budget of THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF
YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS THIS DAY OF
1995.
