RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE
UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE TO ACCEPT THE BID
OF JERRY'S SEWER AND SEPTIC FOR IMPROVEMENTS ON THE WATER MAIN
LOCATED AT HYDRAULIC STREET
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the Village of
Yorkville deem it to be in the best interest of the City and the Community to improve the
Hydraulic Street Water main, and to accept the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, Jerry's Sewer and Septic was the lowest responsible bidder;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the United City of the Village of Yorkville:
1. The City hereby accepts the bid of Jerry's Sewer and Water and authorizes the Mayor
and/or City Administrator to accept said bid and enter into a contract with Jerry's Sewer and
Septic not to exceed $58,906.00 for said improvements. 11 PASSED AND APPROVED this d'7 day of 1995.
