RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF NO ACCESS STRIP
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of The United City of the Village of
Yorkville, deem it to be in the best interest of the City and the Community, to allow for drive-
way access on Countryside Parkway and Center Parkway for real property being developed by
JAMES RATOS, title of which is held at FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DEKALB as Trustee
under Trust #1708, and for the benefit of the BANK OF YORKVILLE, and whereas drive-way
entrances have been approved by the City Engineering and Planning Staff onto Countryside
Parkway and Center Parkway in Countryside Shopping Center:
NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the United City of the Village of Yorkville that
the No Access strip designation on Center Parkway and Countryside Parkway in Countryside
Subdivision shall be waived as to real property being developed on Lot 2 of the resubdivision
of part of Block 1, Countryside Center, Unit #1 and as to Lot 1, of part of Block 1, of Unit #1,
Countryside Center as is owned by the BANK OF YORKVILLE and FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF DEKALB as Trustee under Trust #1708 pursuant to the Plan approved by the City Engineer
and City Planning Staff.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 10TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1995.
