RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF
YORKVILLE TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE YORKVILLE-BRISTOL
SANITARY DISTRICT FOR A STUDY OF CITY SEWER SERVICE CAP.,

WHEREAS, THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE is interested in
expanding its sewer and water service facilities in the community; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to cooperate with the Yorkville Bristol Sanitary District in
undertaking an engineering study to assess the feasibility of its expansion and/or improvement
in sewer and water service;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF YORKVILLE:
1. Is authorized to contribute $2,500.00 to the Yorkville-Bristol Sanitary District.
2. That this sum is to be contributed to Deuchler and Associates of Aurora for a
general city-wide sewer efficiency and capacity study for any possible increase in facilities and
the facility services area.
3. This amount is in addition to all other sums contributed to Yorkville-Bristol
Sanitary District.
4. Authorizes the City Administrator to execute any of necessary documents to
contribute on behalf of THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE.
