RESOLUTION NO. 1995-
WHEREAS, The City of Yorkville desires to construct the
Elizabeth Street Storm Sewer from Washington Street to Elizabeth
Street, and;
WHEREAS, the City Public Works Department will install said
new storm sewer.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Yorkville seek
bids for the pipe and manhole materials.
Approved by the Mayor and City Council of the United City of the
Village of Yorkville this 30th day of November, 1995 .
