A RESOLUTION CREATING A SEPARATE BANK ACCOUNT
FOR THE CITY OF YORKVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the United
City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of
the Village of Yorkville deem it in the best interest of the City
to have a separate bank account for the D.A.R.E. and crime
prevention programs to receive donations and to distribute the
funds specifically for the benefit of the D.A.R.E. and crime
prevention programs.
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and the City Council of the United
City of the Village of Yorkville hereby authorize the creation of
a separate bank account at the Yorkville National Bank for the
Yorkville Police Department D.A.R.E. and crime prevention programs;
and to authorize the Chief of Police, Public Safety Chairman and
Vice-Chairman to be signataries on said account; and two authorized
signatures are required.
