Resolution 1993-10 RESOLUTION No. CITY OF YORKVILLE Resolution of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to borrow money from local lending institutions for the purpose of Capital Improvements. WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council has decided it is in the best interests of the community to upgrade and expand the infrastructure within the corporate limits of the City of Yorkville; WHEREAS, as part of the financial plan was to borrow money from local lending institutions to complete these projects; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, authorize the Mayor to enter into agreement with The Yorkville National Bank and The Bank of Yorkville, if interested in entering into agreement, for the purpose of borrowing funds up to 1.3 million dollars for the following: 1. Repair and replacement of existing streets referred to in the 1993-1994 budget as Capital Street Improvement. 2. Expansion of water and sewer referred to in the 1993-1994 budget as South Water/Sewer Extension. 3. Expansion of water and sewer referred to in the 1993-1994 budget as North Water/Sewer Extension. 4.
