A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
AN ACCOUNT AT YORKVI LLE
NATIONAL BANK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the
Village of Yorkville deem it to be in the best interests of the City to establish
an account at Yorkville National Bank for the purpose of depositing funds
for the South-West Sewer Interceptor Project and for disbursement of all
bills incurred from the project.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the
Village of Yorkville deem it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
KENNETH KITTOE JR., as Mayor, RICHARD D. HUSTON, as Treasurer,
CHERYL A. ALBIN, as City Clerk, CLIFFORD JAHP, as Finance Chairman,
and RALPH PFISTER, as Alderman, to be signatories on the Bank account
established by this resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City
of the Village of Yorkville hereby authorize the establishment of an account
at Yorkville National Bank for the purpose of depositing funds and disbursing
funds for all bills incurred from the South-West Sewer Interceptor Project
and hereby authorize KENNETH KITTOE JR. , as Mayor, RICHARD HUSTON,
as Treasurer, CHERYL A. ALBIN, as City Clerk, CLIFFORD JAHP, as Finance
Chairman, and RALPH PFISTER, as Alderman, to be signatories on this account
of the United City of the Village of Yorkville at Yorkville National Bank.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Resolution has been enacted this IOU day
