RESOLUTION VACATING SEWER EASEMENT
NOW COMES THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, a
Municipal Corporation by and through its City Council and the Mayor of said
City, and it being considered to be in the best interest of the UNITED CITY
OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE to vacate an easement for maintenance and
operation of a sanitary sewer line granted to them by GREAT BANC TRUST
COMPANY as Trustee under Trust No. 275 evidenced by Document Number
907497 filed in the Kendall County Recorders Office or. November 26, 1990.
Said easement is described as:

NOW THEREFORE be it ordered by the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE
OF YORKVILLE that the above described easement granted to it is hereby
vacated and returned to MERCHANTS NATIONAL BANK OF AURORA as Trustee
under Trust No. 4419 its successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Resolution was passed at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, on October
22, 1992.
