Resolution 1991-03 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CREATION OF CITY MUNICIPAL BUILDING FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the
Village of Yorkville deem it to be in the best interest of the City to have
a separate line item in the budget, for a Municipal Building Fund; and for
accounting purposes, to have a separate fund designated as the City Municipal
Building Fund;
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of
the Village of Yorkville hereby authorize the addition of a separate line item
in the budget for a Municipal Building Fund; and for accounting purposes,
to have a separate fund designated as the City Municipal Building Fund.
