A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
SIGNATORIES ON BANK ACCOUNTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of the Village
of Yorkville deem it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize the
Mayor, Treasurer, Finance Chairman, and one Alderman to be Signatories
on the Bank Accounts of the United City of the Village of Yorkville at Yorkville
National Bank and the Bank of Yorkville;
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of
the Village of Yorkville hereby authorize KENNETH K. KITTOE JR. as Mayor,
RICHARD HUSTON as Treasurer, CLIFFORD JAHP as Finance Chairman,
and RALPH PFISTER as Alderman to be Signatories on the Bank Accounts
of the United City of the Village of Yorkville at Yorkville National Bank and
the Bank of Yorkville.
