Resolution 1990-05 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO PARTICIPATE
IN ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
NOW COMES the Mayor and City Council of the United City of the Village
of Yorkville, having first duly considered upon motion made and seconded
that the Mayor of the United City of the Village of Yorkville should be allowed
to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of permitting the present Mayor
to participate in said Retirement Program:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the present Mayor, ROBERT E. DAVIDSON
JR. , of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, shall be allowed to participate
in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund as to deductions from his salary
applied toward said Pension Plan effective February 1 , 1990.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Resolution has been enacted this day
of 1990.
