RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN
LOAN DOCUMENTS
Whereas, application provisions for loans from the Water Pollution Control
Revolving Fund for construction of sewage treatment works require that
the City Council of Yorkville authorize a
representative to sign the loan application forms and supporting documents ;
therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of Yorkville
that Robert E. Davidson, Jr. is hereby authorized to sign all loan
application forms and documents.
