Ordinance 2001-15 EXHIBIT 3 ORDINANCE NO. hook-tS REGULATING PARKING AT THE ILLINOIS ROUTE 47 AND CANNONBALL TRAIL ROAD INTERSECTION WHEREAS, the city of Yorkville of Kendall County, Illinois has entered into an agreement with the State of Illinois for the installation of traffic signals at the intersection of Illinois Route 47 and Cannonball Trail Road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois. SECTION 1: That in order to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens, parking will be prohibited on both sides of Illinois Route 47 extending 500' both north and south of Cannonball Trail Road, SECTION 2: Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than0 nor more than $ 500.00 for each offense. SECTION 3: The city of Yorkville will enact further ordinances requiring parking restrictions at locations immediately adjacent to the improvement as may be determined to be necessary by the STATE from results of traffic capacity studies when construction of the above described state section has been completed and the highway has resumed normal'operations. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law. PASSED this day of 2001.
