1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of resurfacing, hot-mix asehalt surface course removal,pavement
patching, hot-mix asphalt binder course, hot-.mix asphalt surface course, aggregate wed a shoulder, pavement
markings, pavement markers, landscaping and all other appurtenant work required to complete the project in
accordance with the plans,specifications and all other a22licable standards.

Dear Ms. Warren:
The supplemental resolution adopted by the City Council on April 22, 2014
appropriating $100,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for this section was
approved May 9, 2014.
With the additional funds appropriated above, a total of $135,000.00 of Motor
Fuel Tax funds has been appropriated for this improvement.
* NOTE: Approval of this resolution does not authorize expenditure of
MFT funds. Proper documentation must be received by our
office prior to paying any bills out of the MFT account.
