COUNTY OF KENDALL ) ORDINANCE NO.: R 4'I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY LIQUOR CONTROL ORDINANCE FOR THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville after careful consideration have determined it to be in the best interests of the community and its economy to provide for a new class of restaurant liquor license to regulate the sale of retail alcoholic liquor in restaurants in the United City of Yorkville as well as to adjust the fee schedule therefore; WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville deem it necessary to amend the City Code to include said changes to its liquor control ordinance in order to best regulate and control the sale of alcohol in restaurants under this new class of license; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE: 1. Title 3, Chapter 3, Section 4 as it pertains to restaurant classifications is hereby amended as follows: RESTAURANT R1-Beer, Wine and Liquor R2-Beer, Wine and Liquor(Service Bar Only) R3-Beer and Wine (Service Bar Only) R4-Wine and Liquor (Service Bar Only) 2. Title 3, Chapter 3, Section 5(c) as it pertains to Annual License Fees shall be amended as follows: RESTAURANT Rl-Beer, Wine and Liquor $1,000 Page -1- r 1ppppppp, • I R2- Beer, Wine, and Liquor(Service Bar Only) $850 R3-Beer and Wine (Service Bar Only) $800 R4- Wine and Liquor(Service Bar Only) $800 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Ordinance has been enacted this day of 1999.
