BRIDGE STREET, YORKVILLE, ILLINOIS FOR A SINGLE FAMILY APARTMENT IN A B-2 DISTRICT WHEREAS, Mayor and the City Council of the United City of Yorkville, upon Petition duly made and submitted, deem it to be in the best interests of the City of Yorkville to grant a special use permit for the property located at 209 S. Bridge Street, Yorkville, Illinois, to provide for a special use of Single-Family Apartment for the property currently zoned B-2 General Business District, with one external means of ingress to an egress from said Apartment in conformance with BOCA Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY ILLINOIS: the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville, upon motion duly made, seconded, and approved hereby grant a Special Use Permit for a Single-Family Residential Apartment for the apartment located above the business at 209 S. Bridge Street, Yorkville, Illinois, subject to the restriction that said apartment have one external means of ingress and egress from the apartment in conformance with BOCA Code.
