ORDINANCE NO. 1997- 1 9
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
209 S. BRIDGE STREET, YORKVILLE, ILLINOIS
FOR A SINGLE FAMILY APARTMENT IN A B-2 DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Mayor and the City Council of the United City of Yorkville, upon Petition duly made
and submitted, deem it to be in the best interests of the City of Yorkville to grant a special use permit
for the property located at 209 S. Bridge Street, Yorkville, Illinois, to provide for a special use of
Single-Family Apartment for the property currently zoned B-2 General Business District, with one
external means of ingress to an egress from said Apartment in conformance with BOCA Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY
OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY ILLINOIS: the Mayor and City Council of the United
City of Yorkville, upon motion duly made, seconded, and approved hereby grant a Special Use
Permit for a Single-Family Residential Apartment for the apartment located above the business at
209 S. Bridge Street, Yorkville, Illinois, subject to the restriction that said apartment have one
external means of ingress and egress from the apartment in conformance with BOCA Code.

of Yorkville, in the United city of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois,

WHEREAS, EDWARD RYAN and JOSEPHINE RYAN are in need of an additional ability to have
ingress and egress from the upstairs apartment located above the improvements located on the premises
owneil by said EDWARD RYAN and JOSEPHINE RYAN; and
Wl IEREAS, improvements located in the parcel owned and hereinabove described by ALBERT R.
KOLKMEYER ant STEVEN M- FELPERIN have access to the public street which is being; used by the

NOW TI IEREi'ORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
I. That ALBERT R. KOLKMEYER and STEVEN M. FELPERIN do hereby grant a license to
EDWARD RYAN and JOSEPHINE RYAN and his or her successors to use the ingress and egress now
available to the second floor serving the property hereinabove described owned by ALBERT R.
KOLKMEYER and STEVEN M. FELPERIN and which as access likewise to the premises owned by
EDWARD RYAN and JOSEPHINE RYAN.
2. That this license agreement shall be valid for a total of 99.9 years from this date hereafter.
3. That EDWARD RYAN and JOSEPI-PNL RYAN .end their successors agree to maintain the
