COUNTY OF KENDALL ) ORDINANCE NO.: 9 Z/— AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY LIQUOR CONTROL ORDINANCE FOR THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS: WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, upon the request of various members of the community and consideration by the City Police Department, deem it to be in the best interest of the community and public safety that the City Liquor Ordinance be amended to require licensees to report certain activities to the Police Department and to prohibit the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverage in certain areas of the City. NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, hereby amend the City's Liquor Ordinance as follows: 1. That all establishments, organizations, permitees, or licensees notify the Yorkville Police Department of any altercations, threats of violence, fighting, disturbances of the peace, disturbances of persons passing along the street or public way, the disturbance of the peace and quiet of persons doing business or residing in the neighborhood, or any damage to property whether it be private or public. Notice of any such activity will be given within 48 hours of this activity. 2. That any and all sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages on all City property and parks is strictly prohibited except when a special event permit has been issued by the City Liquor Control Commissioner. 3. That in all other respects, the City Liquor Ordinance remains in full force and effect. . 4 4. A. It shall further be unlawful for any license to allow or permit any lewdness or soliciting for prostitution on the licensed premises. B. The following kinds of conduct are prohibited: 1. The performance of acts, or simulated acts, or sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy,bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation, or any sexual acts. 2. The actual or simulated touching, caressing or fondling of the breast, buttocks, anus or genitals. 3. The actual or simulated displaying of the breasts, pubic hair, anus, vulva, or genitals. 4. The permitting, by a license , of a person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who exposes to public view his or her entire breasts or genitals. 5. The displaying of moving pictures or photographic slide presentation depicting acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual act. 5. That these amendments to the City Liquor Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the passage hereof.
