Ordinance 1994-15 ORDINANCE NO. 1994- S AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF PARK AND FREMONT STREETS IN THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, upon recommendation and request of various members of the community, and consideration by the City Police Department, deem it to be in the best interests and for the orderly flow of traffic within the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE to establish stop signs at all points of intersection at Park and Fremont (also known as Freemont) Streets; and WHEREAS, said stop signs are for the purpose of safety of the park located at that intersection; NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Council of the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, hereby require the installation of four (4) stop signs at the intersection of Park and Fremont (also known as Freemont) Streets in the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE.
