Ordinance 1993-01 0 ORDINANCE NO. 1993- AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CITY STOP SIGN BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS: WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, deem it to be in the interest of public safety, to provide for the stopping of traffic at the intersection of Liberty Street at its intersection with Spring Street in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide for the stopping of vehicles on all four corners of the intersection of Liberty Street and Spring Street. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council and the Mayor of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, upon motion duly made, seconded and approved hereby direct the Department of Public Works to install four-way stop signs on all four corners of the intersection of Liberty Street and Spring Street in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide for the stopping of vehicles at all four corners of the intersecton of Liberty Street and Spring Street.
