Ordinance 1991-14 ORDINANCE NO. 1991- ' AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CITY STOP SIGNS BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS : WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, deem it to be in the interest of public safety and health, to provide for the installation of stop signs on all four corners of the intersection of McHugh Road and Main Street in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide a four-way stopping of vehicles travelling on both McHugh Road and Main Street at their intersection. NOW THEREFORE, the City k -�,!Jncil and the Mayor of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, upon mot�:on duly made, seconded and approved hereby direct the Department of Public Works to install stop signs on all four corners of the intersection of McHugh Road and Main Street in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide for a four-way stop at said intersection of McHugh Road and Main Street.
